近日，方正证券（香港）金融控股有限公司（以下简称「本司」）接获举报，有不法分子冒用本司及下属公司名义，通过一款名为「方正资产管理（香港）金控」的非法手机应用程式（APP），诱导投资者参与所谓的「海菲曼」、「固德电材」等定增项目，并以「日收益率0.8%」、「保本保息」等虚假承诺进行诈骗活动。
为维护广大投资者合法权益及本司声誉，本司特此发布如下严正声明：
一、 澄清与核实
1. 无任何关联： 上述「方正资产管理（香港）金控」APP、相关网址及所有投资项目，均非本司开发、营运或授权。本司与该平台及其运作主体不存在任何法律、业务或股权上的隶属关系。
2. 非法宣传内容： 该平台所宣传的高额日收益、保本保息等内容，严重违反相关金融监管法规，纯属诱骗投资者的诈骗为。
二、 官方管道与资质
1. 唯一官方渠道： 本司的所有业务资讯、产品发布及交易操作均通过官方网站（https://www.hkfoundersc.com）及受监管的正规交易系统进行。
2. 正规入金要求： 本司绝不会要求投资者将资金汇入任何个人银行账户、第三方私人支付工具，或非本司名义开立的对公账户。
三、 法律追究与保护

Solemn Statement Regarding Vigilance Against the Fraudulent "Founder Asset Management (Hong Kong) Financial Holding" APP and Fictitious Investment Projects
To All Investors:
Recently, Founder Securities (Hong Kong) Financial Holding Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has received reports regarding unauthorized parties impersonating the Company and its subsidiaries. These parties have been using a fraudulent mobile application named "Founder Asset Management (Hong Kong) Financial Holding" (方正資產管理（香港）金控) to induce investors into so-called "Private Placement Projects" such as "Hifiman" and "Goodark Electronic Materials," using false promises of "0.8% daily returns" and "guaranteed principal and interest" to conduct fraudulent activities.
To protect the legitimate rights of investors and the reputation of the Company, we hereby issue the following solemn statement:
I. Clarification and Verification
1. No Affiliation: The aforementioned "Founder Asset Management (Hong Kong) Financial Holding" APP, its related websites, and all investment projects are not developed, operated, or authorized by the Company. There is no legal, business, or equity relationship between the Company and the entities operating the said platform.
2. Illegitimate Promotional Content: The high daily returns and "guaranteed principal" promised by the platform are in severe violation of relevant financial regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and constitute fraudulent behavior intended to deceive investors.
II. Official Channels and Qualifications
1. Sole Official Channels: All business information, product launches, and trading operations of the Company are conducted through our official website (https://www.hkfoundersc.com) and regulated, authorized trading systems.
2. Deposit Requirements: The Company will never request investors to remit funds into any individual bank accounts, third-party private payment tools, or corporate accounts not held in the official name of the Company.
III. Legal Prosecution and Protection
1. Reservation of Rights: The Company strongly condemns any institution or individual that impersonates the Company, damages its reputation, or defrauds investors. The Company reserves the right to take further legal action and pursue all legal liabilities against such parties.
2. Reporting Recommendations: If any investor has already invested through the aforementioned illegal platform and suffered financial loss, please preserve all evidence (including transfer vouchers and chat records) and immediately report the matter to your local public security authorities or regulatory bodies to protect your rights.
